1. About this service
Truly Built Better LLC ("Truly Built Better," "we") develops and operates the appointment-scheduling system used by Adler Remodeling (a California licensed contractor, CSLB License #1051596) to schedule, confirm, remind homeowners about, reschedule, and cancel ADU consultations. Your consultation and any later project are with Adler Remodeling; any contract for work is solely between you and Adler Remodeling.
2. SMS Terms
- Program: Adler Remodeling ADU Appointment Texts, sent by "Truly Built Better, the scheduling system for Adler Remodeling."
- What you'll receive: appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies to your reschedule or cancellation requests. No marketing messages.
- How you opt in: by checking the unchecked consent box on our opt-in form, or by saying yes when a scheduling representative asks on a booking call. See SMS Program & Consent.
- Message frequency varies.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. We will send one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
- Help: reply HELP, or email adu.worksdesign@gmail.com.
- Cancel an appointment: reply CANCEL APPT. A message that says only CANCEL or STOP opts you out of all texts and does not cancel your appointment.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Please tell us if you change or give up your mobile number.
3. Acceptable use
Please provide accurate information and book only for a property you own or are authorized to represent. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or interfere with its operation.
4. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We never share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Disclaimers and limits
The scheduling service is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but appointment times can change and messages can be delayed. To the extent allowed by law, Truly Built Better is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the scheduling service.
6. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
